Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself! I just joined 3FC yesterday and I am very excited to get support from people who are trying to do the same things as me!
A little bit about me: This isn't the biggest I have ever been (183) my highest weight was about 197, but the size I want to get back to is around 135. I have tried all kinds of different things, but nothing ever seemed to work for me. Or at least that is what I told myself, I know now that I just didn't want it bad enough then! But now I do! I have started going to fit body bootcamp 6 days a week (it's an amazing instructor led program that burns 867 calories a workout) and I have changed my eating habits as well.
I am trying to eat less greasy foods and stay focused on eating fresh fruits and vegetables. I also cut out fast food, which as much as I used to eat fast food that should make me drop a hefty amount of weight there
