Hello everyone!!!
Hello everyone!!! I am glad to be here! Im 10 weeks postpartum and decided to do the south beach diet and see how it goes for me. Although Im lighter than when I had my first and second sons, I still am not comfortable with my body. A year ago I was able to get down to 155 lbs and a size 6. Noe unfortunately Im a size 14/16 and 214 lbs. And this is 15 lbs down from having my son mind you. Im just here to get recipes and tips and maybe make some online buddies to help support my weight loss and new lifestyle/relationship with food.
So here I go!!!
