Reading a lot of your posts over the last couple of weeks has inspired me to take the plunge of starting Ideal Protein. I have about 50 lbs to lose. I'm on my third day. Not too bad yet. Had a headache when I woke up on the second day.....but as soon as I had breakfast it went away. Have liked all the supplements except the cereal and mushroom soup

I went on the Atkins diet about 15 years ago and lost 45 lbs in 6 months with lots of exercise too. I've tried Atkins several times in the last few years and after the initial water loss (10 days) it didn't seem to work. I now have insulin resistance though which i didn't have then.....so maybe that is the difference.
I'm really motivated to get off this 50 lbs that has taken away my passion for life. Any tips or recipes would be appreciated......Let's do it!!!
