Angry S~T~R~E~S~S~ is keeping me down in the dumps

My weigh in today was not good. Up a few lbs. I should have started TOM but haven't .Not always as regular as they use to be I have been on plan with everything. Even the tape measure wasn't my friend I'm just feeling down in the dumps -HUGE STRESS LEVEL- at the moment, in fact ALL WEEK, so I'm sure that is affecting everything as well. Guess this was more like a long siggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and a short rant. Just have the BLAAAHHHHHHHHS and have NO MOTIVATION. When I don't see ANY results it just makes me want to give up. I'm not always like this but I am RIGHT NOW

It'll pass. I'm going through the same feelings at the moment. Just stick with your meal and workout plan and things will get back on track again. TOM sucks.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way!
If you're stressed, that will mess with TOM. Stress also causes me to lose focus and motivation.
