My weigh in today was not good. Up a few lbs. I should have started TOM but haven't .Not always as regular as they use to be

I have been on plan with everything. Even the tape measure wasn't my friend

I'm just feeling down in the dumps -HUGE STRESS LEVEL- at the moment, in fact ALL WEEK, so I'm sure that is affecting everything as well. Guess this was more like a long siggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and a short rant. Just have the BLAAAHHHHHHHHS and have NO MOTIVATION. When I don't see ANY results it just makes me want to give up. I'm not always like this but I am RIGHT NOW
