Hello Everyone! I just happened to be searching for motivational websites and I came across this. I'm looking to lose ALOT, but im going to take baby steps

last year I started exercising but didnt stick to it and it didnt even cross my mind to change how i ate, later on I tried to run
[you know around the neighborhood]
but i was too embarrassed to do so....
But now i'm a changed person and I dont care at all who sees me run or anything related to exercise. I have also given up soda, its been over 9 months and as of right now i am only drinking non-fat milk, black and green tea, water, water, and more WATER!
I have friends but they have their own problems and such to worry about, and i can only squeeze out so much motivation from my parents, so I have turned to helpful places like this, i know i will acheive my goal, it just would be fun to make a few friends along the way and support each other
