Unhappy i need some help/advice

hi, i'm manda. i'm currently in a long distance relationship (no comments needed on that). i'm going to see the bf and meet his family in 16 days. i've actually lost weight since he saw me last. but i've lost alot of muscle tone. i moved to a busier area of town that i'm not comfortable going to take my morning walks and such in... i feel gross and very unattractive. and i know if i see myself that way, its going to shine thru. how can i tone up and/or lose some weight in that short amount of time!

please help!

I'd say try to keep moving. Take the stairs, maybe take a bus to a mall where you could walk around a bit, go home from work a bit later & do your walk in that neighborhood...& watch what you eat, definitely

ps. private message me anytime.

You definitely can do some things to help your confidence in 2 weeks time! There are lots of exercises you can do in your home/apartment to focus on strength training/toning. You may not see all the results you want, but if you combine it with a solid, nutritious food regimen, you definitely will feel better!

Check this website out for starters - maybe you'll find a few moves that seem inspiring. String a few together to create your own at-home workout and just be consistent! Results will follow.

Good luck to you & congrats on your weight loss thus far.
