Hi Everyone! I got a wake up call recently, when I was told I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I can't say I was surprised. Having battled with my weight most of my life. Being an emotional overeater, and living a transient lifestyle (teaching abroad) for the last seven years, hasn't helped much.
I'm ready to get on track, and just started the weight watchers program. I think part of the battle is admitting that you are overweight and need to lose weight in order to live longer. I feel like an alcoholic coming here, and admitting I have a problem, and need support. Anyway, this site is amazing, and hope to make great use of this site.
I used to do kickboxing to keep in shape, and I've lost my motivation for working out in the past four months. It is time to kick some *** again!
