Today Saturday I wake up at 6:00 WI mi self at 131.4 and then went back to sleep , when i wake up at 10:00 am I weight my self again and i weight at 129.4 I was like whatttttttt.

Does this happen to anyone ? And why this happened ?
Which weight is most accurate?

Note to myself:Early does not varies that much late does

Yup, definitely. Especially if I've gone to the bathroom again.

Your weight is going to fluctuate from moment to moment; all the weights are "accurate". So just try and weigh at a consistent time, and if you can't, don't sweat the differences.

LOL, I would personally go with the lower weight. :-)

If you didn't go to the potty between the two weigh-ins, or wear fewer/lighter clothes for the second weigh-in, the likeliest explanation is that your scale was a bit off for one or both of the weigh-ins. There's no way for you to lose two pounds in four hours (except through the potty). If you lost that much by way of sweating, your sheets would have been soaked.

Even really good scales are often prone to some fluctuation. Being a couple pounds off, isn't that unusual, even in good scales.
