Hello all!
I've been around the weight loss block before, as I think most have. I was very successful about 6-7 years ago with SBD, but due to it being overly restrictive for me and lack of dedication, I fell off the wagon and never got back on again.
I have made several sad attempts since then to get this weight off once and for all, but have ultimately failed in the end. I would make it 3 days and then give up.
I have been doing weight watchers at home for 5 days now and feel like this is it for me. I'm doing this because I'm ready. I don't want to have hypertension at the age of 24, although I probably do. I want to feel great in clothes and not avoid mirrors. I feel like WW gives me the freedom to eat what I want in moderation. I have already found myself being satisfied by healthier foods in just 5 short days.
I'm looking forward to making buddies and giving/receiving support that I have seen this website do.
