Me: No weigh in this week. On a mini-vacation because of the holiday, and was too busy fooling around to remember to get on the scale. But I did remember to put the trash out, so there's that.
I visited my parents and since my mother knows I'm dieting and she's a South Beacher, she had lots of good food for me when I visited. She also re-hid some chocolate when I saw it. She was very supportive.
