I'm new.
Just had my baby almost 2months ago, and am trying to get back to my original weight. I'm not concentrating on watching calorie intake (it's roughly 1300 a day though) yet, since I'm breastfeeding, I am eating healthy though, of course for the baby. I'm working a mix of cardio and muscle toning. I'm trying to reach my goal from before I had the baby, but I'm also trying to get in better shape than before, aka a flat tone belly. (for the man)
I'm here to find some tips, tricks, and mostly support, being that my baby consumes most of my time, I'd like to make some friends somewhere that is easily accessible while he takes his little naps.
