Default First Week of Calorie Counting

I posted my bio above, so feel free to get to know me, I am looking forward to getting to know so many of you!
I made it, my first week of counting my calories!
I shudder to think how many calories I was putting in my mouth to maintain my weight at 236! Yikes!

Actually made it through the weekend, staying on calorie and not feeling hungry, it's amazing how your view of the calorie changes when you know you only have so many in a day, I found that my choices were better, I didn't want empty calories, I wanted stuff that was going to count!

Congratulations on staying on track. I'm new here too. I started calorie counting a couple of weeks ago, but then went on a total binge when my son's cat went missing.

Hopefully this week will be a new start.

I agree about your perspective on calories changing, Coco! I changed my low cal pizza of choice for lunch because DiGiorno had 70 calories less than a Smart One. 70 calories is a cut up apple w/ some caramel dip!!! :-)
