Hello.
I was searching the web looking for information about calorie counting and weight loss and stumbled on a thread about the BodyBugg here. That led me to the rest of the site.
I'm 25 and work in Washington State. I've lost weight before, got to around 160 pounds, and then gained it all back. I will gain weight if I even look at a donut. I'm currently trying to slim down again, and hope to get to 180 soon. I'm at 189 and no matter what I do, I cannot lose any weight!
I'm hoping to read the forums and get advice.
