Default Half marathon trining while sick
I have been trining for my first half marathon, now this week i jus did 1 of my 4.5 miles, and skipe the other 2 (one 4.5 miles and one 3 miles)

Now I am felling better so can i still going on sunday for my long run ( 7 miles), or what are the recomendations .

Just a cold for 3days , now i felling better.
I went for my 3 miles wednesday but my breating was to dificult, so i just did 1 mile .
