OK... so suddenly even my largest size 16 jeans dont fit - OMG I need help! I have never been on a diet before - seriously-never! Guess I always kidded myself that I should be accepted as I am. But never really been happy with my body either. I'm 48, and want to be a size 12 when I'm 50. And stay there! Just one or two small probs...
I dont know where to begin...
I'm still recovering (or rather - not!) from a broken ankle and cant walk very far...
My OH is into weights and running and likes big, carb full meals and snacks...
My stepson is into pizza and chips for a tv snack! I love pizza!
I'm going to need a lotttta help....(sigh)
I'm guessing just eat lots of veg, and try this weightlifting lark??
