Hi everyone
I've lurking in the background but finally joined the site today. I am in the process of trying to get back to being healthy and to establish healthy life changes that also come with the perk of losing some weight. I am a medical student who will be graduating in the next year and over the last few years of school I have soaked my stress in sweet coffee drinks and enjoyed way too many cupcakes leading to a 30lb weight gain since my first year. So right now I'm doing south beach and I just did week 4 day 1 of Podrunner Intervals, both are going well. anyway, i hope to stay motivated and encouraged by this site and hope to do the same for someone else whenever I can! good luck to everyone!!
