That's about what I am eating right now. I've grouped these into "meals" but really I just nibble all day, eating one of these things every 2 hours or so. In a typical day:
Breakfast: 300 grams LF cottage cheese/30 grams wheat bran (oatmeal would work)
Morning snack: sf/ff yogurt or 100 calories popcorn bag
Lunch: 150 grams chicken, 6 triscuits, 300 grams cucumbers, sf/ff yogurt
Afternoon snack: sf/ff yogurt or 100 calorie popcorn or (twice a week) McD's ice cream cone.
Dinner: 150 grams chicken, 350 grams butternut squash
Before bed: 300 grams LF cottage cheese, 30 grams wheat bran.
RIGHT before bed--4 hershey kisses
I think that's about 1800. It's a kind of composite of my days. That's a very protein heavy/low refined carb diet.
