Hello Again!!
Hey Girlies! I'm back!! Took a little hiatus from CC'ing. Didn't record my food, but noticed that I still counted calories in my head, YAY for me, it must be sticking!! Anywho, I didn't lose any weight these last couple of weeks, but didn't gain any either, so YAY for me again!! I think I got really bored and frustrated with SparkPeople because it takes so long to enter your food. I have been seeing a lot of you talk about DailyPlate so this morning I went there, and I LOVE it!! So easy!! The only thing is, according to their calculations, I should eat 2,160 calories a day to LOSE 2 pounds a week. SparkPeople said 1790 to lose 1 pound a week. I don't think I need all those calories, but I do know that I have eat at least 1800 to keep me from cheating, but I try to get most of those from vegetables and fruit, so I'm eating ALOT of food. I was just wondering if DailyPlate is that high for everybody else??
