body for life week 2

    I have been eating right and exercising for about 3 months now and have lost 36 lbs.
    I do not drink sodas anymore or eat any sweets or fried foods
    but I still know how easy it would be to go back to all that.
    Eating 5 small meals a day and atleast doing 1 hour of exercise
    seems to be working and I have another 54 lb so I have to get
    up everyday and keep trying,and look away from those
    foods and habits that got me to 330 lbs.
    I try different programs to learn things but sort of modify them to fit me.
    Right now I am on week 2 of the Body for Life Program
    but overall I know it is a lifestyle change for the rest of my life
    all these programs keep me from getting in to a rut of eating the same foods for 3-6 months.
    Oh yeah lots and lots of water, I bring a 24 bottle case to
    work every monday instead of the 6-7 cokes I used to dring a day
