Hi ya'll. I've been reading posts and looking at wonderful goal photos for a month now. Just thinking about my extra 120 lbs made me tired and unhappy for so long. And, the effort required to change seemed just too hard to attempt. But...the more I came around here and read other's stories, the more hopeful I became.
I lost 50 pounds a few years back but regained it and more. I know Weight Watchers works and I have been back on it for 30 days now and my cravings are better. I am a 57 year old grandmother and have had injuries and broken bones through the years. I know how an injury can derail any fitness and weight loss plan. So, hoping to prevent problems, I signed up with a trainer. So far, so good. I love working out with him.
I'm on the road to healthier ways again. Maybe there won't be too many detours. Thanks for the road map!
