I'm back, and I mean business! I joined 3FC a while back and it helped me lose over 20 lbs, sadly I have found those pounds but wish to part ways with them and many many more of them. I am returning and I am losing this dang weight! To all the many successful ladies and gentlemen, Thank You for continuing to serve as inspiration, and Congrats to you!
