Found your blog this morning and i am hoping like minds will help me lose the weight! I am a mom of 3, grandma of 1; had a work accident 15 years ago that started the pounds packing on. Still have trouble with the left leg, so any guidance in how to work out without over taxing the left knee/ankle would be greatly appreciated. Currently just walking daily and stretching.
Just turned 50 in March and feel the hormones are against me too!!
Really want to lose at least 30 pounds, ultimate goal would be 60 pounds.
Look forward to getting to chat with people, i can already tell the positive threads are going to help keep me on track and motivated.
