Default for the girls with iphones (i guess it works on ipad too)

There is this amazing app i got where you can track all your calorie intake, exercise, measurements and its FREE its called mynetdiary but theres loads of them on there which are free too. when you first install it it asks you to register online but you can skip that part like i did.

honestly i love this thing so much you can even look at a bit called analysis which gives you a breakdown of how many calories your burning everyday and gives you pointers if you are having too little or too much of something like sodium!

I use MyNetDiary, too, and I love it. :-) I'm amazed by how much technology there is to help in this weight loss effort. The app itself was not free, but it's easy to use. This is the longest I've ever gone sticking to recording my food intake.

Default hey

I just downloaded on my ipod touch for free. There was a pro version and a free one. I actually entered food into it to see if it was right and the counter even had my specific protein shake I use. It seems like it could be a great tool to use to count and keep a diary of intake. Great App!

I use LoseIt and Dotti's Food Source. LoseIt is FREE and awesome. It tells you your daily calories and it lowers by a few cals every week. I love entering all my foods for the day.

Dotti's is $2.99, but an excellent source for the nutrition facts for almost all of your favorite restaurants. It is very helpful and eyeopening.

I use TapAndTrack which is not free, but it's so dang awesome I happily shelled out cash for it. Off to go track my breakfast right now! :-)

I swear by the Livestrong.com app (calorie/exercise tracking), I've been using it religiously for almost a year now.
