I've been reading these forums for a couple of days so I thought I should introduce myself instead of snooping around
My name is Tracy, from Ohio, 35 years old. I am married and a stay at home 5 kids - my baby is turning 2 next week and my older
baby just turned 19.
My oldest was born when I was only 16 but the other 4 kids are 10 and under and they were all born 2-3 years apart. Due to that, my belly is just in sad shape. LOL My arms and legs never get very big but I hold all extra weight in my tummy and hips so I'm terribly unproportioned.
I was up to 171 (eating badly for a few months) however, I've lost 17 pounds in the past month on low carb but I just can't do that anymore. Seems VERY unhealthy and I am terribly tired of eating meat all day. Now I'm just looking to lose 4-9 more pounds (4 pounds would put me at 150, but I might try for 145). Then of course I'd need to maintain that so I'm trying to figure out this calore counting thing to help me with that.
I've enjoyed reading the posts, they are very helpful
