I don't want to step on any toes by posting someone's recipe without giving credit, so I'll admit up front I don't remember where I got this recipe--just know that it's wonderful!

Peanut Butter Pie
Crust:
1 cup crushed dry roasted peanuts
1 egg white
2 T Splenda
Combine all and press into a non-stick pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or till golden brown. Cool.

Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
½ C. heavy whipping cream
¼ C. Splenda
½ C. peanut butter
Mix at high speed till smooth as silk. Spread in prepared crust, chill pie for at least 2 hours, and enjoy!
