I dont know whats wrong. I skipped my workouts yesterday evening and this morning and should be psyched and ready to hit the gym this evening....and yet I do not feel like going. I have my gym bag with me and all and just cant seem to find the motivation to go. I don't know whats wrong.
It's always harder for me to work out the day after I skipped. For a while, I worked out every single day just because I knew if I missed, it would become a habit.
You know you'll feel better if you do...so just do it. You won't regret working out...but chances are, you will regret NOT working out!
Maybe you need to do something new. Find a hill in the woods somewhere and go for a hike. Find a beach and go for a swim and then a long walk on the shore. Find a bike and ride it around.
