HI! I'm 25 from Texas and just this summer I decided that I need to get my rear in gear and start losing these extra pounds.
In June I stopped eating read meat, chicken and pork.
In July I started walking everyday for at least 20 minutes and worked up to running.
Starting this month Im going to ride my bike.
So far i've lost 15 lbs!
Im so glad I found this website the women here are so inspiring! I look forward to being a member :-D
