Default Ideas for working out in a VERY small space

So, my workout space is sandwiched between two twin sized beds . I was wondering workouts that I can do. Is jogging in place effective? Tips would be greatly appreciated!

There is a great workout for your I-Pod from the Nike folks. The Indoor Anytime workout, she talks your through everything with great music. It uses a chair and lots of core movements, you don't need hardly any space. I use it when I travel and I can do it in a hotel room.

Today I did these in my room..which isn't a big space...Did some arm exercises w/ dumbells. I also got on the floor (you could probably do this between the beds) and did some pushups (the easy kind, lol) as well as some crunches.

You could also stand sideways and do jumping jacks. Here is a video of chair exercises that you could do if you can fit a chair in your room or on the edge of the bed.

If you're finding it really difficult perhaps you can try to do some exercises outside like walking/ jogging.

Good luck!!!

The workout video series Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone might work well for you if you like videos.

I have done Callanetics in a space that size, quite a few times. Certain yoga poses would work, too.

I second this post you don't need much room to do Leslie's videos. When she takes steps forward and back, you can just walk in place.
