Hi there.

I just happened to stumble across this website and decided to join.
When I was in 8th grade I was ideal. Five foot three, 105 pounds and incredibly athletic. Somewhere in between 9th grade and now (I'm going in to 11th) I managed to put on quite a bit of weight.
I don't see myself as "fat" because I do have a bit of muscle, but I do need to lose some weight. Not only that, I'm looking to get just as active as I was when I was still in middle school.
I joined this site for support and motivation. I come from a family where if you are overweight even in the slightest they have no problem telling you that you need to lose weight.
