Hi, everyone. I'm new to 3FC, and was highly impressed with my wanderings though the forums... everyone seems to be supportive, informative, and well, the kind of folks I want in my life.
I'm making good progress towards my goals, having lost 67+ lbs since January 2010. I'm following a program run by my gynecologist (who happened to have degrees in nutrition and the like). I've jokingly said the program is low-fat, low-carb, low-sugar, low-food... but it really is working.
Exercise is really my hurdle. There are just so many other things I'd rather be doing than mindlessly going nowhere on a treadmill. I do force myself, but the "force" part is frustrating.
So... that's me in a nutshell. Looking forward to participating!
