Hello again, I'm Brittany, and I have been on and off this site SO many times. I tend to give up, and ignore that there is really help. So, since the last time I've been here I have stayed the same weight for 3 months, but I'm not comfortable weighing this much. My husband and I moved 1000 miles away,from clovis ca to seattle wa, from all of our family and friends, so I can start my career. We hated california, so it is a very exciting move, but I have little support up here for weight loss. Are there any good forums on here you would suggest to help with weight loss? I'm a 21 year old married, Christian woman.

Everyone has periods when they give up or feel like they can't go on. I know you can do it. Ask others around and you will see that even though it isn't easy, they have been able to do it. Just have faith and you can do it. We all have ups and downs. Remember to ask for help if you need it. That's what we are here for.

Hi and welcome back to 3FC. Seattle is an awesome place and very health conscious/minded people there. I am sure there are many groups you could join out there, just look for city and county lifestyle mags in the grocery or other stores.. Good luck and keep us updated
