New Magic Number for the 300+ community
Ok, everyone. We need 11,181 more exercise minutes for July so we can beat last year's total for the month. I know we can do it. We have till the 31st and if everyone starts adding in just a little bit at a time, we can get there.
If we stay together and stay focused, we are on track to shatter last year's total minutes!!
I know we can do this because we are amazing!!!
See you on the exercise thread.
All my love
Faith

I've never joined one of those threads, but I'm fairly new here. I'll see if I can help out.

So today I did a mock drill for GSAR (it's a confined spaces and high angle rescue team) and we were out there for 8 hours...but technically I wasn't running around the ENTIRE 8 hours and spent 1/2 the day in the command post writing down radio traffic (hey, does exercising my hand by writing count???). So how much of that do you think is fair to count???

I think anywhere between 120-150 minutes.

Sounds fair to me.
Here's the news story on it, if anybody wants to see...it was really cool.
