I had tried everything from ww, to carb counting and nothing works for me. They do for some but not for me. Stupid me didn't realize that what I did in highschool is what works for me. Counting Calories. After I made it thru the first few days,,the hunger went away. Food is like a drug addiction,,lol. I have to plan the next day. Like I'm going out of town with a friend and our kids. Well,I'm packing my food. I have lost 5 pounds in less than a week. I eat 1000-1200 a day and walk 1 mile with a video. I'm so excited!!! I have been reading other posts and even though I don't know you all,,,I feel every post. I have now been dieting(watching my calories) for 8 days now,,and that is the longest I have stuck with it in over 10 years.

I think I hit rock bottom,,,feeling ugly, depressed, not wanting to go out, and it will change!!!
