Good luck, I love your title to you post. I used to ALWAYS wait for Mondays, no a days it's ALWAYS TODAY! You're gonna have slips along the ways, but don't let those turn into day or weekend long events. There is no reason why the next meal can't be the first even if you've had a less than on plan day. Again, good luck!

He eat and eats and stays skinny. And he loves junk food. I find junk hard to resist, how do u stay focused and continue to eat healthy with a pantry full of junk food?

hi, and welcome to 3FC! I'm almost the same age as you, I'll be 29 in October. Seems getting closer to the big 3-0 is making me buckle down about the weight loss and exercise!

For the junk food in the pantry... just try to keep it out of sight. Have your own little pantry that you go to..and keep out of the others! Think to yourself that food isn't yours, it's someone else's.

My fiancée is the same way, what I do is make sure I have healthy alternative snacks on hand, like fruit or veggies with plain yogurt dip.

Even tho he's thin he still needs to eat healthy, all that junk food will affect his heart and health later on. Offer to cook all main meals and encourage him to eat healthy as well!
