Trying New Things
Hi all! My name is Melissa. I have lurked on this site for a few weeks, and enjoy everyone's posts. I am looking to lose another 30 lbs. I have lost 20 lbs in the past 3 months and looks like I have already hit my plateau. I normally only weigh myself about twice a month. I once weighed myself everyday, and its just not for me. Did much worse than good.
I have become discouraged today after weighing myself. Seems in 2 weeks time I haven't lost any lbs. I followed my low carb, low fat diet plan the same as always and continued to work out 5 days each week.
It worked for me for 3 months, and now nothing. I know not to stop dieting and exercising. I guess I am just looking for a little motivation or maybe even some diet/exercise tips that seem to work for you. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you and exploring this site a bit more. And thank you for any advice that you can give me.
