Default How long do you have to stop exercising for boob lift/redux?

For 10 years I have promised myself a boob lift/redux for my 40th birthday. Amended to 40 1/2 because I said minimum 2 years from weaning my last child so the breast changes will stabilize.

But now I cant imaging stopping working out for long enough to heal. How long do you have to avoid all exercise? impact exercise (running)? weights?

My best window might be early december as I am going to try for marathon maniac status and probably will be ready for a short layoff. But someone told me 6-8 weeks for running? Really?

A friend of mine and I both have had reductions (the lift comes with) in the past and we were both told 2 - 4 weeks without lifting anything heavier than a telephone book and 4 - 6 weeks without strenous activity. I know it sounds like a long time, but it was well worth it.
