Default Morning Run/Walk

After my morning run I get a sensation that I don't get by doing anything else. It's just a feeling of complete satisfaction and happiness, it's almost like when I take a breath it's the best biggest freshest breath of air. It just feels so amazing and I really only get this feeling after I'm done with my morning run. Keeps me going

Anyone else get this feeling ? How do you feel after your workout ?

yoyodieter that's a great quote !! It's very true

Also it doesn't matter how much or how slow you run/walk all that matters is that you're doing it !! Every time you do it go a little bit faster or a little bit farther, just push a little bit harder ! Just when you think you can't do anymore, just push through it and do a little more & you'll feel great about yourself

One foot in front of the other is the only way to get there !!

I agree! My whole day goes better when I start out this way! My only problem is sometimes I have a hard time making myself go but I am always glad when I do!

I absolutely feel this was after a morning run. The first mile or so is still tedious, but after that I fall into the routine. I come home feeling so empowered.

Sometimes I have a hard time getting up out of bed at 5:30AM but once I get going and I'm in a groove I love it. I love the high I get from it I feel it all day long !

A good run, a healthy yummy breakfast and a shower is just about all I need to start my day off the perfect way
