Default Easy & Delicious Recipe!

Grilled Turkey Cutlets with Cranberry Honey Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey mustard
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (I didn't use this because I cooked on a george foreman grill)
1 pound trimmed boneless, skinless turkey breast
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Mix cranberry sauce and honey mustard in a bowl until well combined. Cover the bowl with a paper towel and microwave on high for 15 seconds, stir, and then heat for another 15 seconds. The mixture should be slighty thin and hot.

Rub oil (optional), salt, and pepper evenly on both sides of each turkey cutlet. Grill the cutlets about 1 minute per side, or until no longer pink in the center. Cover immediately with cranberry-honey mustard mixture and serve.

Each serving (3.5 ounces of turkey and 1.5 tablespoons of sauce) is 167 calories, 28g protein, 9g carbs, 2g fat, 146mg sodium, and 45mg cholesterol.

It is SO GOOD!!! It took me like 10 minutes to throw this together. I enjoyed it with steamed veggies Enjoy!

Yum! That sounds really good! Have you tried it with boneless, skinless chicken breasts?

I haven't tried it with chicken but I'm sure that would be equally as good

I have a similar recipe that calls for mustard powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

And I just have to second- IT IS SO GOOD! It's like a little Thanksgiving treat- delicious.
