Exclamation Adjusting my calories? HELP!

I had everything under control up until now. Now I need some help, you lovely ladies you <3 (and the men, too! sorry, I sometimes forget about you guys :P)

When do you guys adjust your caloric intake? June 8th I started eating 1477 calories to lose 4lb in 2 weeks. Today, I randomly checked my calculator thingie again, and it says I need to lower it to 1457. My last weigh in was the 26th. Scale hasn't budged since then.

Should I always recalcualte my caloric intake when I lose about 10lbs, or what? I'm confusing myself. I use this calculator here:

http://health.qandas.com/diet/how-ma...in-weight.html

I'm 4'9'', 175 (I thought I dropped 15 but I was leaning over the scale to see thus read it wrong), 20, work out 7 days a week, technically, but I take it really easy on 2 of them, so those are sort of 'days off'.

Help would really be appreciated.

Yhahmd, I don't really adjust my calories I just don't go over what I comfortable with. Maybe increase your exercise some and watch your sodium intake instead.

I don't want to increase my exercise, that's the thing. I exercise enough as it is.

Monday: Abs and legs min 30 min
Tuesday: Arms and abs 40 min
Wednesday: 1 hr DDR, & "other"
Thursday: Back 18 min, ab bootcamp tae bo 20 min
Friday: Chest and Butt 20 min, ab bootcamp tae bo 20 min
Saturday: 40 min bike, 8 min tae bo workout
Sunday: bike 40 min

I'm confused. Maybe this month I just need to start over?

If I want to lose 8lb in 1 month it says to eat 1604. Should I give this a try, even though I was eating 1477 before? Now that I'm losing weight, I'm confusing myself..

If you haven't lost weight since the 26th, I don't think I would call it a stall or anything in that length of time. If you are satisfied with what you are eating, I wouldn't change anything for now. Wait it out another week or two. Just because in theory you should lose 1-2 pounds a week, it doesn't always happen that way.

Hang in there

Personally I don't eat the same amount of calories every day. Too difficult and I wan to avoid my body getting used to it. Maybe that's the problem here?

I adjust when I stall, no fixed number.
