Well, the good thing is you are back on plan now! The holidays are tough, especially when you are first starting out and "being on plan" is not as deep a habit as it will become. But probably no matter hwo long you've been eating with this new WoL there will still always be a meal or a day (or even a weekend) where things don't go on plan.

The important thing is: you learn from it, you get over it, and you get back on plan!

(i consider myself lucky that I have to work most holidays so I have an excellent excuse to avoid all that temptation!)

Oh me too Girl!! This weekend was HORRIBLE for my diet, but I really enjoyed myself and had a great time with my family!! Actually, I guess it wasn't all that horrible because while I ate foods I shouldn't have, I couldn't eat near as much as I could before, so that's something!! Either way, I'm back on the wagon today, and loving the journey

I truly think y'all are doing good. A lot of people cannot have one free day and I did not take one for a long time but now I do, it is planned. I let myself though have what I want though as long it is in my calorie range through the week. I think that may make a difference don't know. I think of something I am going to have Sunday and when I have it, I find I just cannot eat as much,(we had really good homemade icecream)like Rolltideroll instead of two bowls I was full on one, so that there its self is a victory. Getting back on track is a victory too, some cannot do that;so give all of yourselves a Pat on the back!
