  • Awesomeness... We have some nice goals going on here! When's your birthday Koshi?
    Yesterday, I spent all day feeling sore (after starting a new exercise plan) and chasing after a hyperactive 9 month old. Did great on my diet. Had to measure out and bake only 2 servings of a cake for hubby and I so I wouldn't over do it and go over my calories. Pretty cool, though... only took 15 minutes to bake! But somehow, it still got to me, gained two pounds. UGH!

    my birthday is sept 11th, its a saturday so, may get myself into a little trouble

    Libby, 2lbs i wouldnt worry about that, its a fluctuation, and will likely disappear as fast as it came, I get that when i have something heavy the night before, all the excess water and such.

    I got home today after planning my meal to find i was missing a vital ingredient, i didtn want to go to the supermarket, and the pizza shop was calling ...oh the pizza shop, such a life saver the last few months, but my husband, talked me into cooking my low fat jambalaya, its his favourite dish and its super healthy so, thats bubbling away atm, go willpower and a very helpful other half hehe

    Enjoy the rest of your day, its 630 already so im gona do my exercise for the day and settle down to catch up on tv shows, monday is my relax night

    Kudos to hubby! My husband was the one that gave me the idea for baking small batches... Gotta love them!

  • I'll be in on this too! I'm starting a little later but that's ok I'll just tell you my weight for last Tuesday and today so it'll be like I've been in on it for a week lol.

    My goal is to be 15 pounds lighter by Labor day! So my goal weight for then would be 186.8

  • Down again! Doing an average of 2.5 pounds a week! Awesomeness! 6 more pounds to go! I told my husband that as of today, I am back down to the weight I was before I became pregnant with that little one over there <----.
    He said, "I never realized you were that big. Umm, not that you're that big now. What I meant was..." lol... I tried to sit there with a grumpy face as long as I could to see how long he would keep going, but the giggles just poured out lol How you girls doin?
