I've worked out with a trainer the last 2 tuesdays, and then run in the afternoon, and shown up at my normal 5:30 am workout time on wednesday. That happens to be when he works out. He is highly disappointed that I havent been in pain and cursing his name.
Is it alright to be envious? I keep trying. I keep trying hard. But, after working out for more than 9 months, I'm still so out of shape. There is MINIMAL progress, but MINIMAL is the key word.
