Default Bisquick Reduced Biscuit mix---nutrition information
Does anyone have the nutrition information for Bisquick Reduced fat biscuit mix. I need the calories, fat grams & fibre grams.

If someone had the nutrition information for Preident's Choice Uncommonly Light Biscuit Mix....even that would help.

Here is the info straight off the box


Bisquick Brand Reduced fat is :

1/3 cup serving =

140 Calories
3 grams of fat
Less then 1 gram of fiber

WW points would be 3
