Hey Ya'll!! I've been doing really great the past month with my calorie counting and walking, I've lost about 13 pounds!!! Anyway, I want to change up my exercise a bit, so I'm thinking of trying The Firm. I've done it in the past and always had great results, but then got lazy. I started off this time with a different attitude, not so gung-ho that I burned myself out, just walked every morning for 30 minutes. While that seems to be working, I really want to amp up my exercise so I feel like I'm doing more. So after all that rambling, here's my question: I don't think I would do The Firm everyday, I was thinking of doing that one day, then alternating the next day with 30 minutes of walking and my Windsor pilates cardio video, the next day back to The Firm, and so on.... Does that sound like a good plan?? Thanks
