So I have hirsutism and Im afraid that I may also have AGA, female pattern balding. I read that hirsutism is caused by excess androgens and sensitivity to the hair follicles. I believe I m going through telogen effluvium because of stopping my BC pill and after reading the differences between TE and AGA and that AGA and hirsutism go hand in hand I'm wondering is it possible to have the hirsutism without having AGA?
