5 weeks...
That is how long I've been up in weight since reaching a new low. That ended as of this morning. I'm finally feeling positive about the weight loss again and that is something that I need to feel good about. Hopefully this will carry over to other areas of my life.
Right around 10 pounds to go till reaching a "healthy" BMI
