Welcome and good luck with your WL goals!!! I am new here too and know how it is to struggle with losing weight. I think, for me anyway, that I turn to food to deal with emotions and stress. Then, when I am feeling crappy about doing that, I eat more to deal with those emotions. It doesn't make sense, even in my head as it is happening, but it's what I do and how I sabotage myself. NO MORE! I took a stress management course and now I am finding new ways to deal with life. Sure I love me some good food, but I love myself more. You can do this!!! We can all do this!!!
