Hello, I am new to this site! I auditioned for the biggest loser season 10 but didnt make it and decided if I could drive 4 hours and stand in line for about 10 hours, then I could do anything. I tried the 4 day diet but I was hungry every day after a month I had to stop because I was finding myself snack constantly, even if it was on fruit and veggies I remained painfully hungry. I was riding 6 miles on a stationary bike.
I am 22 years old, a college student and I am going to do this!

I just started counting calories... so far so good,it keeps me full and works.
Good luck with your wight loss journey... you sound as determined as me at the moment! That can only be a good thing! I started today and have been very good so far... I am hungry though and my tummy is rumbling... but I'm telling myself, that's because it's working! It's not because I need more food in my tummy.... it's just making noises because it has been used to having extra for too long. Fingers crossed!
