Im a newb tooo!
Hello everybody! My name is Victoria and i live in TN. I'm stationed out here because my husband is in the military. I just recently purchased the book, 3 fat Chicks on a Diet and i love the book so far that i decided to visit this website and join! I decided to join because I'm so tired of the way i been feeling and I'm tired of being so unhealthy. I yo-yo a lot with my weight and the only reason i lost so much weight at one point (about 40 pounds 5 years ago) was because i drastically cut down on calorie consumption and went to the gym at least twice a day every day and was taking diet pills. I've taken a lot of diet pills that i feel my body doesn't respond to them anymore. I just recently bought Kim Kardashian's quick slim but i stopped taking them because i hate taking pills. I always wanted a quick fix and now i realize that the only way i am ever going to feel better, become healthy and lose weight is by doing taking control. Control of what i stick in my mouth, how much i stick in my mouth and i have to get my butt moving. I enjoy exercising but the more weight i gain the harder it is for me to be active. When i first moved in with my husband i really did think it was going to be easy for me to lose weight because he like to run and he has to be healthy because hes in the military but he's just as lazy as i am and we will pig out together..except he doesn't gain weight the way i do. Its frustrating really. I really do hope that i can make this lifestyle change for the both of us!
