Treadmill Progress
I've been running 30 minutes or occasionally 45 since late April and haven't really been able to tell if I'm making progress... I did notice that I didn't used to be able to run 30 minutes straight outside, and now I can, but I always seem the same amount fatigued at the end...
So, yesterday, for the first time in ages, I ran on the treadmill instead of the track or outside...
I was thrilled to find that I could easily run a 12 minute mile on the treadmill...
Last time I tried it, I could consistently handle 4.3mph and when I did three 8 minute intervals at 4.6 it was challenging.
So happy that I'm making progress!!!!
